Each staff member – from our leadership to our caregivers – is dedicated to creating a warm, friendly, and safe environment where residents are treated like family. Jane Smith
Executive Director
With over 20 years of experience in senior living, Jane leads our community with passion and integrity. She oversees day-to-day operations and makes sure that every resident feels at home, supported, and heard. Jane believes in an open-door policy – residents and families are always welcome to share their thoughts with her.
Michael Johnson
Wellness Director (RN)
Michael is a registered nurse who heads our wellness and care services. He coordinates each resident’s care plan and supervises our nursing staff. Compassionate and attentive, Michael works closely with families and physicians to ensure all health needs are met and that residents remain as healthy and independent as possible.
Linda Garcia
Life Enrichment Director
Linda is the creative energy behind our activities and events. From crafting fun social calendars to organizing outings and fitness classes, she makes sure there’s always something engaging happening for our residents. Her warmth and enthusiasm encourage
Robert Miller
Dining Services Director
Chef Robert brings gourmet flair to our dining program. With years of culinary experience, he and his team prepare delicious, home-style meals that cater to both nutrition and taste. Robert loves chatting with residents about their favorite recipes and ensures that special diets and personal preferences are always accommodated.
